Stopped by this shop as we were traveling through California and literally had to go back in a couple times to buy more cheese after we tried what we had purchased; if you’re a garlic lover this cheese if perfect for you! I will need to restrain from eating the whole container in one sitting. Creamy and delicious

Got this from the local cheesemongee at farmers market. Omg its really good. Smells of garlic but not overpowering. Taste has noticeable garlic flavor but mild enough where its not too much or too loud. Just the right amount. Very creamy texture and cuts easily.

THE Best cheese ever. I got some at the farmers market and it was gone in one day. I am a huge garlic lover and this cheese passed the test. It’s genuinely perfect in every way. The texture and flavor is nothing I’ve ever had before and I can’t wait to go back and get more!!

I travel from Southern California to Fresno a couple times a year, and Bravo Farms is always a required stop for me. I always pick up some Garlic Jack to take home. It is amazing to snack on and incredible in pasta dishes also. Crave-able cheese, a must try.
