Smokey flavor is amazing. Hands down best Gouda I’ve ever tried!!

Quite a tangy gouda.
The smokiness notes are very prominent coming off the cheese. Very pleasant. Taste wise you can taste a bit of the smokeyness but it quickly turns into an interesting almost bitter tangyness that ive never had before with a gouda.
Its texture is creamy yet firm at the same time and cuts fairly easily with a knife.
