Bought this at the SLO Farmer’s Market (I’m Cal Poly, ’75) on strength of the idea, brought it all the way back to Canada before opening. Delightful: a very creamy cheddar with the sage taste & aroma of a bonfire in the dunes. Perfect combination. Now I wish I had bought some of its companions.
