PERFECTION
We take our time, letting wheels mature in our underground cellar... allowing the full flavor and quality of the milk to become present
LOCALLY
SOURCED
INGREDIENTS
we believe in supporting local- which is why we use milk from small CA dairies, and products like Gilroy Garlic and Cabernet from CA wineries
I do not normally like anything smoked and this was DELICIOUS!! Rich, creamy, buttery and addictive. Love melting it on sandwiches and just by itself for snaking.
