we believe in supporting local- which is why we use milk from small CA dairies, and products like Gilroy Garlic and Cabernet from CA wineries
Bought this at the SLO Farmer’s Market (I’m Cal Poly, ’75) on strength of the idea, brought it all the way back to Canada before opening. Delightful: a very creamy cheddar with the sage taste & aroma of a bonfire in the dunes. Perfect combination. Now I wish I had bought some of its companions.
